What impressed me most was the compassion Dr. Johnson showed throughout the entire procedure. He continually reassured and consoled me, offering encouraging words like "You're doing great" and "You're almost done." That made all the difference and helped me stay calm from start to finish. The extraction itself was quick and decisive. Before I knew it, the whole thing was over.
